How to Get Ripped Walking

Walk after you lift or strength train in order to get ripped.  After resistance training your bodies glycogen stores are drained.  Glycogen is your muscles’ stored sugar.

After lifting weights the glycogen stores are depleted.  As a result your body has to tap into its fat stores in order to get energy.

THAT’S WHEN YOU WALK!  After your done with the weights.  Your body will burn fat for energy.
